The Art Of Standing Out
Since 1985, Franklin & Sons has designed and constructed personalized solutions to fit the lifestyles and visions of our clients. From the very first consultation until your outdoor living environment is complete and ready to use, you experience the difference of a company that was built on producing the highest quality in everything we do. Most customers say, “This is way more than we ever expected!”
Although the scope of our knowledge and experience enables us to handle the design and construction of any outdoor living environment, we are experienced craftsmen who have specialized our efforts in building quality structures such as decks, patio covers, gazebos and arbors.
We work with our clients to fully understand their vision. After listening to their ideas and the goals for the project, we consider it our job to use our experience and skills to craft specifically designed solutions to achieve their goals.
Franklin & Sons has extensive experience with all forms of woods and composite materials. Every Franklin & Sons "substructure begins with #2 Southern Yellow Pine, Hand Selected Wood." This designated lumber does not have any knot over 1/2 inch in diameter.
For patio covers, arbors and pergolas, our primary structure is built using hand selected cedar posts and the highest grade lumber specifically handpicked for each project.
Franklin & Sons has been building with composite decking since these products hit the market. Our experience has led us to heavily research the latest and highest rated composite products for use on "deck surfaces and railings in place of lumber for the best durability."
We are a locally-owned, Tulsa-based company that is not a “here today…gone tomorrow” organization. We are not a national franchise offering “cookie cutter” solutions to your needs, nor do we “sub” out our work to the lowest bidder. All of our teams are personally trained by Doby, himself. Our work crews always show up in company shirts, with the proper equipment for each specific job. As you may have heard in our many online reviews and video testimonies, our crews take a certain pride in assuring their work area is left clean and neat each night prior to leaving the job site. When a project is finished, the work area will be cleaner than it was when they arrived.
If you live in Northeast Oklahoma, there is a very strong chance that a Franklin & Sons outdoor living project is featured on the property of a neighbor close by. While we make our home in Tulsa, over the years we have completed thousands of decks, patio covers, arbors and other outdoor living structures in nearly every city of Green Country.
To us, quality is not a buzzword or an “additional cost” to be avoided. Instead, quality is the reflection of the work we do. Whether it is our material and workmanship warranties or just the pride that we take in knowing every job is a reflection of who we are, quality is an inherent part of every project we complete.
The fact is, we don’t have substandard choices. Every job is considered important enough to build properly.
Value demands longevity and longevity requires quality construction. Every Franklin & Sons project is built upon the premise that the foundation is the key to longevity. When it comes to decks and their substructures, what you can’t see CAN hurt you if it is poorly constructed. You can rest assured that our foundations are built for structural integrity and years of use.
In addition, according to the Community Bank Association, decks have an approximate 70% payback value. In other words, $.70 of every $1.00 invested in your deck project goes toward increased property value. With a properly constructed deck by Franklin & Sons, you are sure to retain the value of your investment and improve your equity in your property.
The owners and teams of Franklin & Sons believe in fairness and professionalism. Our word is our most precious asset. Therefore, what we say – we do. In fact, when it is the right thing to do, we surpass the project requirements. Our highest goal is to exceed our customers’ expectations.
